Tax Credit and Rural Development HOTMA calculations are now available

WT2+ now supports both pre-HOTMA and HOTMA-compliant Tax Credit and Rural Development certification calculations.

Bug Fixes and Improvements:

• On the Home Screen, the “Tenmast Support” link has been updated to the new support portal: https://mrisoftware360.my.site.com/MyMRI/s/login/ (IR-128547)

Family Self Sufficiency (FSS):

• We corrected an issue on the new FSS Credit Worksheet where Box 5 always displayed the income‑based Total Tenant Payment (TTP). Box 5 now correctly displays the Flat Rent amount when a tenant’s certification is based on Flat Rent. (IR‑126537)

Inspections:

• When a Section 8 move‑in inspection (HCV or PBV) is requested for a tenant who is still in pre‑admission and has not yet been issued a voucher, the inspection now appears in the Inspection Scheduler and can be assigned to an inspector. (IR‑129001)
• When users try to print or preview the HUD Inspection Form 52580 for inspections using the S8 NSPIRE protocol, the system shows Error -157: Cannot convert '' to an integer (53018), preventing form generation. Since the 52580 form is invalid for NSPIRE, users should use the General Inspection Form for these inspections instead. (IR-129031)

Occupancy and Rent Calculation (ORC):

• The Scribe Log now captures all Scribe documents with Tickler enabled that are printed from a certification, regardless of certification status, including Complete, In Process, Voided, and Re‑Opened. In addition, Scribe Ticklers now populate the Details field regardless of certification status, including Complete, In Process, and Voided. (IR‑103090)
• On the WT2+ Certification Screen, the label for field 2U (RAD indicator) has been realigned, eliminating the appearance of being missing. (IR-128404)
• The Wisconsin TIC Form has been updated.  (IR-128424) (IR-128404)

Multi-Family (TRACS):

• We corrected an issue on the printed HUD‑50059 form where Field #18 was showing a letter code instead of the required numeric value. (IR-129380)

Purchase Orders:

• In Purchase Orders, you can now double-click a Purchase Order in the Maintain Open Orders listing to open it. (IR-128988)
• The issue with the Blanket PO History and Details tabs, where users could not double-click a line item, use the scroll bars, or click any toolbar buttons, has been resolved. (IR‑129200)

Section 8 Tenant and Landlord:

• When a certification is reopened and finalized after a change to the Unit’s Contract Rent amount, the process will now update the Initial Rent value on the HAP Contract. This will allow these values to properly appear on the forms generated from the HAP Contract including HUD-52641 and HUD-52530.  (IR-118297)
